So, lately sleeping for me has become a problem. Getting older, grumpier, exercising less, eating worse. Not sure, I try to take care of all that, and still it is a problem. Here is a tool I found out there. It's an app that tracks your sleep and based on what it find out helps you wake up at the right time, more energized and ready for the day.
